Lukáš Majer
Coach
Lukáš Majer started to play hockey in his hometown Prostejov. He was transferred from junior division to Olomouc, where he then participated in junior and senior extra-league. During the latest seasons, he started to combine his job as a club manager in Prostejov and as a coach of the youngest hockey players.
From the age of 18 he made up his mind to engage in coaching, and in Prostejov, along with being a coach of the pupils of grades 2 – 4, he had an opportunity to work as an assistant coach of junior teens (U16). During the latest season in Prostejov, he worked as one of the coaches of senior teens (U18).
Starting from season 2015-2016, Lukáš Majer has been the head coach of the junior teens league (U16) in HC Kralupy-nad-Vltavou, being at the same time the head coach of pupils of grades 1 – 4. Apart from managing the club, he has also maintained his own hockey school “LM Hockey Trainer”, and has been the coach of “Future Stars 2006” managed by Petr Jonak, a Czech coach acting in the USA.
In total, he has started his sixth coaching season.
